Morena 1 SEZ Transmission Limited (M1STL)

Enerica Infra 1 Private Limited (a wholly-owned subsidiary of EnerGrid) acquired 100% of Morena I SEZ Transmission Limited (M1STL) from PFC Consulting Limited on 3 February 2026, after being selected to build the Inter-State Transmission System evacuating power from RE projects in Madhya Pradesh's Morena SEZ — Phase I (2,500 MW) — on a Build, Own, Operate & Transfer (BOOT) basis via TBCB.

The scheme adds a new high-capacity pooling substation, extra-high-voltage transmission lines and bay augmentation works, strengthening central India's grid and evacuating 2,500 MW of renewable capacity from one of the country's emerging clean energy hubs. It is EnerGrid's first transmission asset.
