Satish Talmale is the Chief Executive Officer of EnerGrid. With a diverse experience spanning over 2.5 decades, Mr. Talmale has worked across the Power and Energy value chain with focus on power generation, renewables, transmission, battery energy storage etc.

Having worked in senior leadership roles with industry leading organizations, he has gained proficient expertise in P&L Management, Business Transformation, Portfolio Risk Management, Project Management, Sales/Commercial Operations and hands-on with EPC/O&M services.

Mr. Talmale holds a B.E (Mechanical) engineering degree along with executive MBA from IIM-Calcutta.

Astrid Lobo is a qualified Company Secretary with over 6.5 years of experience across secretarial & compliance, legal and CSR functions.

Ms. Lobo is an associate member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. She holds a Law degree from Mumbai University and a commerce degree from R.A. Podar College, Mumbai.

Her expertise spans the Oil & Gas, IT, and consultancy sectors, including governance for InvITs, equity and high value debt listed and unlisted companies. She has previously worked with Pipeline Infrastructure Limited (Brookfield Group), Black Box, Genesys International, and MMJC & Co.

Mr. Navin Sharma is the Chief Financial Officer of EnerGrid. A Chartered Accountant with over two decades of experience, he has worked across sectors including cybersecurity, telecommunications equipment, electronics, and textiles, with deep expertise in finance, accounting, and taxation.

Prior to joining EnerGrid, Navin served as the Chief Financial Officer of IndiGrid Infrastructure Trust. Earlier, he was CFO of Quick Heal Technologies Limited, where he led the finance function and supported business strategy, mergers and acquisitions, financial planning and analysis, and risk management.

His earlier experience includes roles with Sterlite Technologies Limited, Raychem RPG, and Century Textiles & Industries Limited.
